Kaffeehaus Gustav in Eberswalde

I had the vegan falafel breakfast and that at 1pm. It was very tasty, with oven vegetables, spreads and fresh bread. Gladly again and definitely to be recommended.

Good quality, but prices are sneaking their way up too. You can't even get a coffee for a candlelight BREAKFAST !!! You have to order it separately and of course pay for it ... The bread roll selection and how you want your eggs were no longer asked. The so-called "scrambled eggs" is definitely not recommended. Tastes like fat that has been used several times ... What a shame, everything was more appealing ...

Very well. Really nice waitress and good service, even oat milk is offered. We recommend.

Great breakfast and super friendly staff, we were here at 10:00 and had eggs and also the vegetarian platter and it was all very fresh and tasted very good

Update: We were apologized in retrospect and we were assured that breakfast would be served until 1 p.m. We haven't been there to try it out yet. We came from Berlin because we were told that there is a delicious breakfast in the Gustav coffee house. According to the website, you can have breakfast until 1 p.m. (see screenshot), which was very convenient in our case and the long journey. But when we arrived at 11:30 a.m., it was said that there was no more breakfast. It's a shame. We went to have breakfast somewhere else.

Pity! Since I still had fond memories of my first visit to this café, I wanted to have breakfast there on a Sunday morning. I entered the bar in a good mood. Some guests were already in the coffee shop but at least half of the tables were free. When I wanted to sit down there was a wonderfully warm greeting in the form of: everything reserved ... except outside (outside 4 degrees). On the part of the employee there was no information or until when it was possible to have a table. No second time .... and again the Service Desert Germany lives up to its name. I am not coming back.

The staff is impossible. It takes forever for a waiter to come. At first there is no free space inside, then there is again. After an eternity you are sent in by the waiter, then he is not free. Having a nice breakfast at the weekend looks different. Service is completely absent.

September 2020 - an appointment in Eberswalde gave us the opportunity to have breakfast in the Gustav coffee house today. The offer was plentiful and the rolls we selected were very tasty. We were served in a friendly manner and by now we have got used to the mask requirement.

Very, very recommendable, were there twice, last Sunday, August 31st, as well as today friendly staff, delicious breakfast, sandwiches and grilled bread! Breakfast becomes a pleasure ...

Despite the corona pandemic, you can feel comfortable here. Hygiene measures were implemented and enforced. The staff took good care of customers. If it stays that way and cleanliness is kept in mind, I see a bright future for the company.

The most loveless iced coffee of all time, the way it was presented was also reflected in the taste. Incidentally, the price is a proud € 5.50. Wiping the table is overrated.

We go to breakfast there more often. Sometimes it takes a little longer, sometimes it is faster. But we are always satisfied and it is delicious. Even when the vegan breakfast was over, they improvised and conjured up something for my girlfriend. Top!

So I was on the road today and had a piece of cake and coffee was very nice and delicious. Good to recommend.

I wanted to have a bite to eat at around 5:15 pm, no waitress came to my place, I was completely ignored. After 15 minutes I left.

Great coffee house with a good selection of cakes, delicious coffee and very nice, friendly service. Dogs are also welcome. You can also find typical Eberswalde Spritzkuchen here.

Great coffee house with delicious and large breakfast selection. It was a pleasure. Only the waiting times were very high with our breakfast, however it was on this day by a small concert on the place also above average full.

Verry friendly and my favorite place to drink a coffee or eat a pancake

I was recommended the cafe. We were having breakfast there. A huge breakfast offer, it was hard to decide for something. Did not regret my choice, it tasted very good and was lovingly done. The service was friendly and the cafe was full. Good that we have reserved in advance. The 60 minutes from Berlin I like to take it back to me, it's worth it! Highly recommended!
